If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase with the delivery invoice or other proof of purchase.
- All returned items will be inspected. Returns must be properly packed and must be returned in new and unused condition, contain all original packing materials and included accessories, manuals etc.

Do not sign the shipping receipt or delivery invoice. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank account, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect within 24hours. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email email@example.com Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
